I don't have to look at numbers to drive around Orlando and tell you what I see...Florida Community College probably DOES draw decently, but at the end of the day it's not the same as having truly loyal fans that travel and follow your team like FSU and UF has. You have a decent market...those two have the whole state, a large chunk of your market included.

That's what gets lost in this whole discussion. Programs aren't as simple as the market they sit in. Louisville's basketball fanbase alone is leaps and bounds more valuable than say Temple's entire fanbase, even though Temple sits in a city that is much, much larger than Louisville. The size of a DMA or MSA is the first thing you look at, but far from the last.
