Why did Bowlsby and the Big12 change their tune about one true champ??
I am wondering if Bowlsby was trying to get two teams in the playoffs and it back fired on him. Could he have been thinking that if one of Alabama, FSU or Oregon lost that the Big12 might get both Baylor and TCU in the playoffs?

The talking heads seem to think that if Baylor beat KSU they would jump TCU and who would have thought Ohio State would blow up Wisconsin. Did he get greedy in crowning two champs with that in mind?

Either way he certainly comes out of this looking bad.
