I'd agree that one teacher, especially a sub, probably shouldn't scold (and certainly not scald) another teacher's students... but we don't have enough facts to know that it wasn't his position to do so (ANY teacher can correct a student 'acting up' in the halls)... having said that, the teacher's husband has no business being on school property, and especially not the acquaintance. They need to brought up on trespassing charges in ANY event, and probably assault (unless the sub somehow was threatening to assault his wife).

In many ways, I put this in the same category as the police issues. It's hard to be a teacher... even harder to be a sub. Depending on the events, maybe that guy doesn't need to be a sub... doesn't know how to correct students or work with other teachers... but that doesn't mean that it's okay to assault him. Again, depending on the events, maybe the female teacher doesn't need to be teaching either. I'd hate to have an irate parent get beat up by her overly-zealous boyfriend.

I'm with you... I'm not sure if the story is accurate or not. I was just pointing out to Fit that this guy wasn't messing with another man's wife.
