State to Belk Bowl?
Supposedly info leaked at a Women's BB game due to a fan with good eyes who saw the note.
Opponent to be South Carolina.
That would tend to indicated that BC fell to a tier II bowl - a guess if the above is accurate.

Would be a great match-up for NCST. SCAR's defense cannot handle an uptempo spread, especially one with a decent scrambling QB. They are just plain bad at DE, CB, and S. Their LBs are talented, but small.
If you can survive play-action bombs from SCAR's offense, you should be able to beat them handily (bonus is they would finish with a losing record).
