I didn't get to watch the Bradley game last night. .....but I really enjoyed The Dallas Stars hockey thrashing of the Canadiens, though they seem to lack an enforcer.....
Anywhoo.....after listening to Josh's post game presser......he seemed to hit on something that was very significant! ....the very end of the presser.....Josh kinda mentions that he wanted to know (feedback from coaches, maybe) how the team could overcome droughts of scoring, but still keep up the level of activity; enthusiasm; energy; production; focus as well as aggression and getting baskets while taking the other team out of the equation. .....

Well boys & girls! It seems that we are learning a new word today> Defense!
This team has defensive abilities that need to be utilized. .....this team would loved to be out in the open court, making things happen. ....we can't rely on shooting or half-court sets for production! ....we're not Duke! And even Duke has started to implement quick sets and pressuring teams in favor of more easy baskets; and reeking havock.....that's what we need to be as this is not Michigan State! We are Memphis and that's our brand of basketball. ..

Kudos to Josh and staff for implementing and recognizing how we can take advantage of what we have and allowing this team to go out & domin8 and have fun!
