Great crowd shots of our folks including KPJ, the EMU administrators, administrators of the athletic department, etc.

And a 'great' shot of Bond's fingers in a splint. It is really easy to see on television.

Great Win over SCUM! Great for the MAC!

Your zone is awesome, great for your guys and you school!

WMU Broncos better watch out, your going to be tough to beat in the MAC!

A Bronco fan, hopefully you'll start getting more fans at your games.

Some times (or usually) the team with the better personnel wins.

Tonight the team with the better system prevailed and made the other team look ugly.

System is coaching.

It isn't hyperbole to say that this was easily the best defensive effort we've ever had under Murphy, and we've had some great defensive games with him at the helm. We beat a team that was ranked last week with Ray Lee and Karrington Ward not being able to hit the broad side of a barn. The defensive rotation, the rebounding, the hustle...it was all there on virtually every possession. I'm still trying to process everything. Just wow!

too bad NJIT played them first, you would have had a win over a ranked team

We need to support each other within Michigan. WMU and CMU had excellent seasons in football. WMU (and EMU) in men's hoops last season.

EMU is off to an excellent start.

The three Michigan MAC schools are getting it done.

Dan Dakich, one of the better ESPN commentators, giving some nice praise to EMU (particularly Jodan Price) and our zone on twitter. It's nice to see that kind of recognition!

Thanks for the heads up, Sam. Thought I'd paste the tweets here. Quite flattering.

Wow...tons of gems in that thread. I'm sure only 5 or so of those posters actually went to Michigan. This was my favorite:

"Can we panic now??? We just lost to Eastern Michigan at home and they were only playing 1 starter down the stretch. So we lost to Eastern's 2nd string basically."

To be fair, Talley isn't really a "bench" guy, but that's still pretty awesome.

RE: Game Week: UofM
This win changes a lot for the EMU season. If they can keep their losses down (MSU and a few MAC games), this is the kind of "quality win" selections comittees look for in the non conference of the mid-majors. Probably more so for NIT which is increasingly hard to snag from the major conferences.

I know the historic NJIT upset diminishes the quality of this win, but MI is at least a decent team. In some ways it made this win harder, since EMU did not surprise them. Just played ridiculously high level of defense.

Great job Coach and Team!! Go EMU!
