Do Any of the Bowl Eligible Teams in the League...
Other than Marshall and Middle Tennessee already have their passports?

I know several of the other schools took care of it before the season but none of them are bowl eligible.

I get the feeling that the schools that waited knew we pretty much already had it near locked up after we got to about 4-2 and didn't bother with it.

Marshall how pissed are you going to be if you're not given the choice because you're the only other school ready? I don't believe there is enough time to get em all back from the State Dept even if a school started working on it right away and paid for the expedited service (2 to 3 weeks).

Why are you convinced we can't still go?

Our secondary agreement with the AFB is not annual. It's not active for the 2014 season. There are enough P5 schools bowl eligible looking for bowl games that if the AFB can't get Air Force, which is looking less likely now that they are going to go after Oklahoma St or one of the extra available Big Ten teams.

I don't think so. Secondary contract may not be needed. Big 12 is short 1 of their 8. What p5 has extra? If they take air force Nola is back in play. The only extras I see are us mac sbc and aac. Cross aac of because they are already there. So Texas St Ohio or whatever we send them. Who am I missing?

Our radio guys said WKU players and staff already took care of passports a few weeks ago....I am guessing WKU is going to Hawaii or Bahamas, almost guarantee now that Marshall is going to BOca and I assume LA. tech to HOD Bowl...

Look at the Big Ten to get your answer. If Big Ten's top rated school that doesn't win the conference championship is higher than the SEC school in the same position (so we're talking Mich St vs Miss State) the Big Ten will lose its Citrus Bowl to the ACC. And that's exactly what's going to happen.

That's an extra team from the Big Ten that's going to be hanging out there. With the way things have played out Air Force isn't going to be available now and the Armed Forces Bowl would prefer to get a Big 12 team but if they can't they'll take the Big Ten team.

What makes this worse is watching this Fresno/Boise game is that Fresno is awful. Absolutely terrible and they are going bowling. Boise is destroying them in every phase of the game. Oh well.
