Considering that they are contending without a CCG, and that most division scenarios involving an expanded B12 would have them in the same division as OK/OKST/TTech/TEX and TCU, i'm sure their vote was not available to be lost.

Baylor's AD has been open about the fact that the Big XII needs a CCG numerous times.
