1-11 is a whole lot better than 0-12.

Yep. One year we won one game by one point over a vandy team that finished with one win.

I thought it could get no worse. I was wrong

This is not the same UConn team that played in the Big East. Back then, we were in the top 40 or 50 consistently. The highest ranking was #13. Now were #125 ....

It's all coaching: guess right and your program will succeed, guess wrong and you will suffer in college football's version of Dante's Inferno.

See, I told you that you've already made your final judgment on Coach Diaco. Go ahead and TRY to claim you haven't. I'll wait...07-coffee3

Diaco is a goober. They should keep a designated camera on him on the sidelines at all times. Surprised he didn't blow out an ACL this year celebrating winning a coin flip.

RE: The official UConn - SMU game thread.
What can you say?

SMU has been the worst FBS team in the country all year. Only way someone could take that title from us was to lose at home to SMU on Senior Day. Congrats to UConn, you guys have now took our torch and elevated yourselves to worst team in the nation. I am a bit jealous, I kind of pictured SMU nose diving all the way to 0-12, but I guess UConn wanted to be even worse than us...Something I did not even think possible.

Congrats!!!!!!!!

RE: The official UConn - SMU game thread.
im curious if the league is embarrased by smu..or covering for everyone else..last week in the UH smu game, smu had a deep ball that was kinda awesome versus UH (which accounted for their vast majority of yards in that game) it was definitely highlight worthy, but the AAC didnt put it in the highlight reel which i thought was wierd and only houston highlights, now SMU beats uconn and they dont even make highlights for it

They are so proud of a 1-11 team. To be fair they have been pumping our new hire.

If you're a fan of SMU or UConn (or God forbid both), you're used to slights like that.

Same song, different verse.
