I have a feeling conferences are going to do away with divisions anyway and just have the top 2 teams play for the conference championship.

I can live with any configuration that involves Memphis in the B12.

OU would never let that happen. I would think UT and OU would be in separate divisions if they go that route.

For sure I could, but they could also split up a few of the teams and grant them guaranteed crossover games every year.

Lopsided but no different than the SEC being lopsided right now...

Not really, football power in the B12 will always rest in Texas and Oklahoma is a traditional power. The North teams listed are far, far weaker traditionally. Kansas State is a Bill Snyder retirement away from irrelevance (see the Ron Prince "era"). Iowa State and Kansas have basically never been good at football, Cinci and Memphis would be like expansion teams compared to Texas, OU, even Baylor. West Virginia is a historically decent program but not on par with Texas, OU. And I didn't even mention T Boone Pickens University.

I don't think it matters though, if the B12 adds, they won't have divisions, they will likely stick with rivalry partners, not sure how it would work, but Texas v OU, and Kansas v K State would be locks.
