This doesn't solve the WVU on an island matter though.

Cincinnati is a pro-sports town (didn't look like too many people showed up to the game at Paul Brown despite it being an important one), although Memphis could work. I have the feeling SMU will be pretty good in a few years, but I can't imagine the Big XII agreeing to more than four Texas schools.
