Seriously, though. A pass interference is a 15-yarder in college, not a spot foul. Rather than unbuckle a strap, hug the WR and have them try again. If UCF makes good again, then it just wasn't your night.

I would submit though...They should not have been put in the situation to have to defend the game winning play. Our staff's gaffe occurred earlier by not just running the ball and kicking a short FG to go up by 7. I have no idea WTF they were thinking.

While some in the fanbase are now shrugging it off, I agree that putting the defense in that situation was criminal. I support the notion. Memphis is a co-champ of course you're ONE of the best, but not THE best or you'd be the ONLY champ. There are 3, do the math.

It doesn't bother me. After witnessing the Larry Porter era, I'd be happy with an 11 way tie for first place. I'm just wondering why you think we didn't beat anyone considering that if you switch ECU for Cincinnati then UCF's conference schedule is identical to ours.

Neither one of us had huge wins. I am just shocked by the outpouring of hatred from the Memphis fans tonight. You're usually a level-headed bunch.

It's like someone who suddenly comes into a lot of money and instantly becomes selfish.

Couldn't agree more. We did everything to win that game and should have. Trouble is we did everything possible to give it away as well...and did.
