so does every school in arizona and new mexico and a few other states...schools in texas just use it more on an every day basis than other staes

That's correct. Shasta had its paw caught in her cage and lost part of it and Texas fans go wind of it and when we played them they held up the sign making fun of the Cougar missing part of her paw....Thus that's why we have the shocker sign. Its actually a cougar paw missing a part.
