other than his ability to shoot the ball, is his attitude. When he's on the bench, he's often up cheering his teammates on, and he's always encouraging the other players. He also seems to communicate on the floor with the other players. Some might not agree with the playing time he's getting, but he's obviously earning it with what he does in practices, and those not getting playing time, aren't. And that will eventually show up in games.

That is what you want to see in every player.

I remember Ted Crass really being supportive of the players on the court when he was a reserve sitting on the bench. That's the kind of attitude you want in all your players. And Ted parlayed a great work ethic and that great attitude into a coaching position. Good for him.
