Didn't see this posted elsewhere. NIU announced some mini ticket plans for men's and women's basketball. I'm thinking about getting the Saturday six game deal for $45.

Good deal. I may buy two of those for guests.

Problem is I won't be able to bring my guests into the Sixth Man Grille this year. They won't let you bring in guests this year for a glass of water and mini bag of popcorn.

rather than continually whining about the damn 6th man grille, simply buy a level of tickets or donate enough cash to allow for guests........but the popcorn has been stale so not sure it is worth it...and don't even get started about the cookies or lack thereof.................really, who was so shortsighted that they thought not having cookies would save them more money than they lose in donations when upset kids or grandkids don't get their cookies? Penny wise and dollar foolish

I donate quite a bit. Access to the grille is for season ticket holders who donate at a certain level. The donation is not the problem. The problem is that I'm not gonna buy season tickets for two guests who will maybe attend 2 or 3 games with us.
