Oh, I see something on twitter about a transformer blowing. The power did flicker for a second, that may be it.

They're saying it was some type of transformer explosion and smoke if visible from two blocks away. The dental school has been evacuated.

I wonder how quick the Watts security team evacuated him.

Well that's the biggest power failure I've seen on campus since yesterday.
