The American Football Championship
Memphis now has at least a share The American Football Championship, but if Central Florida can beat East Carolina in Greenville, NC they'd also have a share, as would Cincinnati if they can beat Houston in Cincinnati, OH. As for getting the Group of Five Access Bowl spot, all the schools in The American have at least 3 losses and the only Group of Five school currently ranked is Boise State at #22, though that can change if Boise State loses. C-USA member Marshall lost to Western Kentucky and played no Power Five schools or any ranked schools so they are as good as out. Colorado State is also a candidate along with Northern Illinois who all have 2 overall losses.

Colorado State isn't a candidate because they can't win their conference. Actually, the only eligible candidate at this present time is Memphis.
