And you've been a Big 12 fan for how long? One yr or two? Your thoughts would carry a little more weight if you weren't just a ex-UC fan who put his loyalty to Huggins above your loyalty to your school. Are you going to trade in your KSU gear when Bobby gets a new job? Who are you going to root for when he retires?

Ooooooooh. A victory over the BE's worst team! You got us there!

Last I checked Rutgers wasn't being touted for a conference or national title. Texas was, and yet lost to a middling BE side. Oh, and the score of the Rutgers game was 55-41. ;-)

But if you wish to carry the theme, in addition to the two we've mentioned...

BE wins

Marquette 87
TTU 72

Rutgers 75
Nebraska 73

DePaul 64
Kansas 57

Villanova 67
Oklahoma 51

B12 wins

Okie St 72
Syracuse 68

OSU 95
Pitt 89

Texas 77
SJU 76

Looks like BE leads the series 5-4. 03-melodramatic

Yea that's a measuring stick for the Big East this year. We probably have the least talent of any major conference team out there combined with a first year head coach. Reminds me of another major sport at this school a few years ago with an unproven yet feisty, determined, smart, and happy to be here head coach.

lmfao Man I miss those days!

I respect Huggy, your school not so much. Try winning an NCAA tourny
game just once in 2 decades first. lmfao

But tell him we miss him and if he ever wants to get on TV to give us a call. ;-)

I remember Syracuse biotch slapping 4 Big 12 teams enroute to winning the National Championship in 2003:

In order-->OSU, OU, UT, KU

KState Fan nice try

They also beat Missouri that year. And of course that also was the year of the ultimate pwning. I think Royal Ivey still has the taste of Hakim Warrick's taint in his mouth.

Bill Walker didn't get to post all-american stats for KSU this year and he might never do it after that terrible injury. His explosive jumping might be gone and he's not a sharpshooter, Jarr. Beasley hasn't played 1 game of college ball and he might not pan out either. Maybe you should wait a couple of years before bragging on recruiting to a team that you never followed until this year, Jarr. You might become very quiet next year but then again, we won't want you hanging around UC's message board and trying to jump bakc on that one.

The all time great "Teabag" in the NCAA Final Four by Hakim Warrick

I was there about 40 feet away in the SuperDome and I just said--WTF!

JARR,
KSU really got a great player in Jason Bennett. I would think he is projected as a no. 1 draft next year if he declares early. YOU THINK?

Some of us defectors, some (still UC fans) just trying to get away from the hate.

I don't know about that

have fun losing in the second round every hear despite being a #2 seed! It will be okay at first since Kstate has sucked for so long but after about the fourth year in a row of it, you'll be calling for Huggs head as well...
