Can someone post links to twitter accounts/Facebook/emails for bowls that we can bombard to invite you? You deserve a bowl and I want to do my part to help you get one. I'm sure many fans here (and on USA's board) would be willing to send some messages on your behalf.

Also, what's the latest? I heard a bowl out west expressed interest in your guys? Cactus Bowl?

Haha funny! I just know TXST fans have been very classy throughout this process when some fanbases could have been bitter and petty. I'm at the USA basketball game right now but will wait on chiefs' list and help bombard the bowls' social media accounts.

word from a few people is that the cactus bowl reached out to our AD today...

those few said that we are in talks with them and the Armed Forces Bowl.. the Heart of Dallas Bowl was mentioned by another media source.

Thank you for the support. I don't have links, but we are banking on the Armed Forces bowl in Fort Worth or the Cactus bowl in Arizona.

I'll spend as much time bombarding contacts for Texas State as I spent arguing with GS fans over the past few days(a lot of time).

Thanks for the support guys. In all honesty this is the best situation for the conference. TXST has the best shot at an at large thanks to our location. I think it's the only way to get all four teams a bowl.

We need all the help we can get. See Bobcat Bowl central Topic, link has it all in there except Cactus Bowl I think.

Absolutely deserving of the best possible bowl.

I am extremely hopeful that you guys can find a bowl. To have four Sun Belt teams bowling would be an absolute thrill to have.

I have stickied a thread at the top with all of the information. Starting with Cactus, Armed Forces, and Potato. Potato isn't open yet, but if MWC covers cactus, it will be.

It wont be the Armed Forces. CUSA has the backup there behind the Big-12/Big-10. If I had to guess, I think the Bobcats best shot will be in Boise. They need to hope Boise gets the G5 access bowl slot and that the Cactus Bowl needs to use thier MW backup option. Those two events are pretty likley. If that happens, the Potato Bowl will be open against a MAC team. Thats where I think the Bobcats will have a good shot. That said--you never know. There is a lot of horse trading that goes on. Plus, this is the first year of the new bowl agreements. There could be a lot of behind the scenes backups and exceptions that have not been made public yet. Those types of things can change the picture as well.
