Too many turnovers on inbounds plays, and Western's Bigs are causing ETSU all kinds of problems.

Crowd sounds into it. Attendance announced at over 4,000, and while I don't believe that, it looks to be around half full there. That would put it around 3k?

We manage to pull it off 96-87, and we move on to 5-1 and 1-0 in conference play.

5-1 heading into finals break. In a better place than where all of us thought we would be at this point.

These guys just seem to make the big shots when they need to. No panic.

Attended the game. I can believe 3,000, maybe more. Great atmosphere to finish. I asked Lester Wilson to clean my floors at home!

Shampoo, compare the noise level of Freedom Hall to the dome. Would you say when the crowd got into it at FH tonight, it was louder than it would have been in the dome?

You bet it was! At all the right moments, man.

Great. I've been to some games in Freedom Hall, but it never really got loud.

Many students tonight. Full section. Makes a big difference! There was an awesome angry Murry fathead to join the Lester Wilson one I keep seeing. Lester is obviously a fan favorite, but I think Murry is making a comeback. 5-1 doesn't hurt, coach!

I agree, I bet there were close to 4,000 there today. The student section was full, there were some areas of the lower level that had some empty seats (but still count in the figure), the student section was full, and there were more people in the upper deck than I ever thought we would see this season. This will probably end up being the best attended game of the year.

Game was awesome. We have some weaknesses as everyone knows, but we also have a pretty good team.

It was pretty embarrassing when they were trying to announce who won a competition and nobody in the place could understand the numbers that they guy was saying because of the crappy PA system. To me, that is priority number 1 in terms of upgrades, even more important than the seating and the scoreboard.

I think the UTC game could end up being the highest attended game of the season. Especially if we are around 10-3 when we play them. If this team keeps it up, who knows how many folks could decide to come out.

The defense gets ugly and probably won't change drastically this season, but the offense can get really exciting. People like high-scoring. I really hope Merriweather's sick one hand dunk gets televised - I know he's a leaper, but that one was turn around and dunk. Like he's 5 inches taller!

PA system is horrible at this time .
Kinda reminds me of that teacher on Peanuts when she is talking to Peppermint Patty. Can't make out a thing sometimes.

The Harrelson kid played out of his mind. I am fairly certain we recruited him (don't think we offered).

We continue to find ways to win and have shown mental toughness in answering opponents' runs. Individually, Lester continue his torrid shooting pace and Jalen seems to be able to draw fouls at will. I also thought that Ron and AJ played key roles tonight as well.

So far, so good in this young season.

Atmosphere was great tonight.. I was proud of my fellow students when the game got tight. Dr. Noland got them all fired up!
