hypothetical scenario take lemons and make lemonade
I still would like to see UAB keep football BUT

IF UAB drops football.

Instead of kicking uab out of cusa. We keep UAB for
other sports

We take a school with a strong football program, not as strong other sports,
and geographic relevance to other members, a football program we would
want anyway.

Allow Georgia Southern to join cusa for football and then have their other
sports go to Atlantic Sun. GSU is driving time close to Charlotte, USA, FAU and FIU

You're out of your mind man. South Alabama, Texas St, or Louisiana. Those are the only candidates in my mind.

RE: hypothetical scenario take lemons and make lemonade
I don't see it... a) CUSA will neither retain nor take a partial member b) with Charlotte coming in next year, we don't need another team in the east because UAB was getting bumped to the west. c) if we did add GS and keep UAB, we'd have to add two in the west d) MTSU and WKU would throw an absolute fit if CUSA tried to move one of them west.

So, what we need is a west team to balance us out. I think this really opens the door for ULL..

On a side note...IF we did add GS, ULL, and Ark state, it would essentially be the death knell of the Sun Belt...lol
