ESPN suspends Keith Law from Twitter after he finally gets things right
Go figure... Keith Law takes a break from slandering college coaches long enough to argue against Curt Schilling's proclamations about evolution and ends up suspended from Twitter. ESPN seems to care more about shutting up Keith Law when he's spouting actual universally accepted science than when he makes up his own science facts about college pitching, the thing they actually pay him to know anything about.

I'm just glad somebody shut him up

I don't want his opinion on science, either, that's for sure.

Sometimes justice happens in mysterious and unexpected ways. I'm ok with the result as well.

Being suspended for the wrong reason is not justice, regardless of how we feel about Mr.Law's flawed opinions on college pitching.

I'm just surprised Law didn't blame Wayne for evolution.

I bet he'll blame Wayne for the Tommy John Surgery Josh Petitte got while at Baylor, before his pop consented to have him transfer to Rice.

BTW, it's going to be great having Andy in the stands at Reckling, and part of the the Rice Baseball Parents group. I'll have to fin a way to mask my life-long hatred of the Yankees (being a Mets fan for the past 50 years).

The loveable losers' first two years (40-120 & 51-111) didn't convert you, but the 1964 opening of Shea Stadium did? :-)

Actually, I was too young to witness the Marv Thronberry Polo ground years. I think I started to watch with my grandmother (of all people-- she was a die-hard NY Giants fan) beginning in 1964 - '65. Those are my first memories.

Was the Giants' move to SF (and the Dodgers to LA) after the 1957 season tough on her ... until the Mets were created in '62?

Wayne is the only baseball coach who has lived long enough to see evolution happen in real time.
