GreenMississippi, could you please elaborate on the claim that Coach Clark's contract is unsigned. Are you referring to his original contract? If so, couldn't this be a much bigger mess for him than anticipated?

I'm not a lawyer but I do deal with contracts/ purchase orders a little at work. If bill Clark signed his side and then he was paid based off that contract then it is implied that it has been accepted. He would have a good argument to get his compensation.
