I could actually see the loophole for last year, even though I think they violated the spirit of their rules. This year, since they haven't already announced the location when rule #3 is painfully obvious, I believe there is still no way they can't have it in Huntington. Well, not unless they want to use some super secret computer program. If they use the ones they say they are suppose to use we are very far in front and that won't change after the results this weekend.
