I honestly think the WKU/Marshall game could end up being a GREAT rivalry game as well. I know that WKU/MT will always be THE game for us. We both love each other...Love to Hate, that is. I just think proximity and geographically cultural similarities (ok MT fans, no kissing sister jokes) make for a great series. Yesterday's start sure didn't hurt things either. Can't wait to have the Herd at The Houch next season. Oh yeah, BB should be fun too!

WKU may have to Play at Marshall again. Conference USA is announcing the 2015 schedules next month and they said most divison games will be played at the same location of this year due to Charlotte and UAB.

I'll take Rice at home again, but I was ready for USM to come to Ruston.

I understand that they might have to juggle the schedule around but we sure got no favors with our home scheduling this year. No home games in September with 4 of our 6 home games being after Oct. 25 were killer to a fickle fanbase.

Yep, a West Virginia/Kentucky rivalry game has to be called "The Feud!"

That would not be cool. I am not sure how adding Charlotte and moving UAB forces the home/away schedule to be messed up.

Yeah, I couldn't figure that one out either.

According to our beat writer here: http://hamptonroads.com/2014/11/odus-foo...-complete#

"It’s likely that C-USA will be able to retain the home-and-away pattern within divisions begun this season."

It seems like the conference has figured it out

That is good. It is better for attendance to mix things up as well. Especially for us newbies. Our fans want to see teams we haven't played before.
