RE: Enough is enough!
Well,I am a sunshine pumper, I love Tiger basketball, and I wanted Josh gone 2 years ago. I also realize he won't be fired or quit just 3 games into the season, and he shouldn't be. Hopefully the season can be turned around, but from what I've seen the past 6 years (gave him a pass the first 4 yrs. as learning on the job), I just don't see it happening under his leadership. In year 6, we shouldn't see this big of a drop off in his program. I just think he's in way over his head for the Memphis job. We'll see at the end of the year what happens, till then I'll just keep going to the games and hope for the best, just don't see it happening....GO TIGERS

Why aren't the players executing ? Either they're nor being coached, not listening, or not any good. Time to stop blaming these kids for bad coaching guys. Lets be adult and be real. Our spacing, help defense, offense, 3point defense are all horrible. You guys are more than casual fans ,and can't see this as good basketball.
Give the team a chance to develop. This is the beginning of the season. Again, if Baylor had given up at halftime like you give up after three games, they would have been quitters.
By comparison, if a game is a subset of a season and Baylor had the option of "firing" their coach right then while behind and replacing him at halftime, they would have clearly made a mistake. You cannot tell the growing and learning curve of this team this early in.
Wait. You cannot accomplish a thing except swamping the atmosphere with negativity by making these negative howls this early. It doesn't help your cause. If your cause is to see us win, give them the best chance to do it by supporting the team spirit now and then withdraw it at the end of the season or late in the season if you feel then that there is no way to get better and that someone else truly would be better. Don't undermine the team by trashing people this early. It only helps the opponents and undermines team confidence that they have to have in the coach.

No, you're not. A sunshine pumper is a name reserved by complainers for people who they say wear rose-colored glasses no matter how things are going. You by definition are the opposite and have been pumping negativity for the coach for at least two years from your own description above.
If we can't do better than we did last night by the tournament then I will probably agree with you about needing a change. But this is too early in the season to know and the team is still growing and getting their learning curve down about weaknesses. Some say we will know by Jan. 1 a lot more. I think we will know by the end of January a lot.
