The game wasn't as close as the score indicates.

They were without Kenny Chery last night, who has averaged around 11 points both last season and so far this season. Having no reason to believe our guards would've stopped him, the score could've been more like 81-47.

That's the problem, lots of people are losing interest. it's the way we lose now, to many blowouts to count. A few years ago I would have been furious over these losses, now I don't even care. Partner has destroyed the Memphis brand. Recruiting has already gone downhill. How hard is it to recruit against Pastner? Other coaches have all the evidence they need to prove he can't develop players.

Recruiting was Josh's forte. He is/ was sitting on a goldmine of talent in Memphis, but I think that ship has sailed now. He missed on Skal, Chiozza, Leron Black, and the Lawsons were going where ever their dad was hired.

Cant develop players and starting to miss on what should be the easiest kids in the world to get. He's torched this program. Only question now is how long does Bowen and/ or the Ambassadors let it burn.

We could've doubled our 2nd half points and still lost by double digits...against a likely bubble team

Actually, if you take away the four to five open 3's off of inbound plays and we simply make our open layups - its a lot closer than it looks.

Baylor was throwing the ball off the back board to dunk on us. That is what we do to teams.
