There's so much talent in the Memphis area and with Memphis being a true basketball city there is no reason we have to settle for this. I asked a very high profile former Div 1 bball coach what he thought of our coach recently and he just said: "Some guys just don't get it. They don't understand the game. Your program will never get to where you want it with him at the reigns."
The sooner we cut ties and move on the sooner we can heal.
I had a chance to talk to a NBA coach with memphis ties recently. Wanted his perception on the state of the program.
Very similar response.
talked to my dog after the game. said almost roughly the same thing

Without their point guard...They beat us by 27 points in their second half without their starting point guard.
