Here is hoping that Brandon will have a good game. Breaking one up the middle would be sweet.
He would have had the 1,000 yards in he could have played in the Cincy game.

Think of the key parts of this team who came as walk ons.
Just 20 yards off of his total for last year with 47 fewer attempts.
Already surpassed last year's scoring mark with 48 points with a game to play.

Pretty impressive, given that he essentially sat out of two games (Cincy and Ole Miss). Hayes' story is a good one, and he's been such a strong part of our team. Despite our depth at RB, we're going to miss him.
It's gotta feel good to some of the players like Brandon to see where they've taken this program. They stuck it out through the lowest times, and are now being rewarded for their efforts. Hope he gets to 1K this week.

I like the way Hayes is running after his injury. Before he got injured he would start trying to cut east and west to shake defenders when he ran into traffic which destroyed his momentum. Now when he goes through traffic, he just keeps north and south not breaking his stride to shake defenders but just powers through the arm tackles.
