No Memphis in the newest playoff rankings. Boise St., Marshall, and Utah are all on there, unfortunately.

Utah isn't a G5 school so they wouldn't affect us. Need Marshall, Boise, and most likely Colorado State to lose.

Disappointing. Would have thought we deserved being ahead of a 4 loss Utah. i understand Utah doesn't figure into the G5 bowl consideration, just thought we should have been in their top 25.

Had it not been for us Couging it to the Cougs.... We would HANDILY be in their top 20, not to mention the top 25!!

Just go 1-0 this Saturday and let everything else sort its way out!!!

However outside, to not just be talking about a bowl, but a shot at the Peach Bowl... and to be a little disappointed in that fact...

Living in Houston, I've taken a couple of classes at Rice, so I'll sometimes go to a game. Rice is rolling right now...I think they beat Marshall for the CUSA championship.

Before these rankings came out, we needed to beat UConn and for Boise and Marshall to lose to go the Peach Bowl.

Now we need to beat UConn and for Bose and Marshall to lose to go to the Peach Bowl..
