I haven't checked in on this lately. Is Steyn still representing himself? He's been pretty reckless in his conduct of this case and I don't think that bodes well for his chances.

Steyn isn't representing himself anymore. He has an attorney.

And I think I got it wrong, this was Mann vs National Review. Steyn appeared as a friend of the court.

Mann didn't show (just his attorneys) so he's just filing frivolous lawsuits making others suffer. That's part of why Steyn has sued him back.

This is good news. Regardless of your position on AGW, Mann's lawsuit(s) look like attempts to stifle protected opinions. I would hate to see Steyn lose on technicalities when his position's merits should win the day.
