Fridge is about to do Fridge's favorite thing in the whole wide world: stick it to Maryland.

UNC=CH didn't seem to have an answer to the Pack's running game today. It is amazing how little the Tar Heels can do with so much talent and of course being the flagship.

ACC 4 - SEC 0

Ole Miss blows out Mississippi State.

Is Auburn wins tonight you'll have to call in FEMA to handle the epidemic of SEC butthurt.

The Big Ten was playing all conference games, though.

Thanks to Georgia Tech and Ole Miss wins, the ACC probably secures the Capital One Bowl bid this year.

RE: Open Thread - Week 14
good job acc for sticking it to the overrated sec. Now we all need to root for Alabama to lose to either auburn or Missouri so sec gets shut out of playoff:)

You can't be the lone flagship if you don't have any engineering programs.

Two Pitt players fight ....... each other?! And, in a stunning display of irony, while playing Miami.

Also, TO HELL WITH GEORGIA.

RE: Open Thread - Week 14
If you want to find the most cringeworthy airtime in the HISTORY of ESPN ... and I mean the full history here right on back to the Wide World of Sports and Arm Wrestling that ESPN showed early on .... then boy do I have a treat for you.

Find on YouTube where Tammy from Bumblef*ck nowhere Alabama called into the Paul Finebaum "meta" coverage of the Iron Bowl on the SEC Network. Tammy is the self-proclaimed (and ESPN agreed upon!) #1 Auburn fan. And she has a meltdown. I'd like to call that segment the anti-IQ grenade. Play that in a room of people you want to infest with the dumb. I'd rather contract Chlamydia from Rosie O'Donnell than listen to Tammy speak.

RE: Open Thread - Week 14
Al Golden needs to go. I'm done with his crap.

I have hardly seen a single Miami fan support him after the disaster that is the end of this year. Knowing the weak-boned staff at the AD here at UM, he'll probably get another year. But if any of the last several years of Golden failure have indicated it is going to be another mediocre disappointment with the best players a coach could ask for. Wasted talent in Duke Johnson - thank goodness he's good enough to go to the NFL. I wouldn't blame him if he decides to go right now, immediately. Because there are serious problems in coach AG's capacity, and as disappointing as it is to say he is not the right man for U-M.
