I tried to resister for the ramnation site, made 1 post nothing bad, just stated the obvious that we are better than the highly touted vcu recruits and how they cant bang with us, how jj is a better coach then smarty and then I got banned. 1 post and they blocked me. I said the A10 is a soft league and vcu can not play inside with physical teams and will always have trouble with tough teams like us because of the recruits they go after - tall and skinny. what a bunch of looser crybabies, VCU sucks, their fans act entitled. Go Illinois state and uva beat the vcu crybabies. at least we can say odu kicked vcu out of the top 25.

VCU has a great basketball program. I wish ODU was up to their level in the past few years.

20 yrs of dealing with vcu fans at the caa tourney and I say they deserve it all. VCU was ranked only because espn loves shaka not because they earn it

Well stated North Beach. What you mention about our coach being much better is so true. I am surprised that Smart didn't try to throw some size at us or play some zone. After seeing how bad we played against IL State's 1-3-1, you know most coaches are going to at least try a zone against us. But no, not Smart. He played into our hands since we have good ball handlers and passers. As for their size, they have some bigs ( but skinny as you say) on the bench but they seem hell bent on playing Graham at the 4. But that's their problem.
It's good to see Bacote back to his form of last year. His ball handling and steadying leadership took a lot of pressure off Freeman. The two of them, along with Palmore, Moseley, Baker give us a tough matchup for any backcourt we will face.

Yeah Petey I noticed that Cool is a vt fan too.

They may have one of the nicest high school gyms in the state.

They market their stinch well.

The orange shirts in the crowd today added some class to that yellow and black dump of a high school gym.

Nice loss today. Some of the best losers in basketball.

I enjoyed the entertainment they provided on my tv, nationally broadcast to my living room in the Pacific Northwest. I was thoroughly entertained! Thank you Rams. Thank you Shaka!

They finally realized how ugly the black and gold unis were. Now the have sort of a pewter-ish gray
and lenmony sherbert yellow away and kind of an Easter theme of white and buttercup for their home duds.

VCU's new Uniforms for 2015. Naturally the new incoming 2015 class had to try them on.

Their colors are not maroon and orange...

Me too. Only colors worse than VCU are the Redskins.
