I know Harvard is good, but it's difficult to understand how they recruit the players they need, year in and year out.

It's the easiest sell in the country for someone not good enough to play at Stanford.

I don't think UH is intelligent enough to come out with a win.

It's not that confusing, Georgian. If you're a 3* basketball prospect with a 3.4 GPA in HS and a good SAT, then Harvard is the best offer that you're going to get.

...that is, if Stanford doesn't want you.

I stand to be corrected but I don't think the Ivy League schools even offer football or basketball scholarships. Because of the prestige and difficulty of getting into these schools they instead offer scholastic scholarships to brainy athletes.

Good job ECU! We need as many OOC wins as possible, hopefully SMU will get the win tonight! A Houston win would be a huge bonus!

I was referring to another day in a row of ecu basketball. Glad we won.

RE: 11/25 AAC Games
That was a vital win for ECU and the AAC. It's less of a "congrats" and more of a "phew, we all dodged a bullet there".

It will be a good day in the AAC if SMU wins. A Houston win is gravy. Everyone else absolutely must win.

If you think about it, the tournament begins NOW. These are the bad losses that can hurt a team or conference.
