RE: Magee transferring
Magee's Final 5 were.

1. Kansas State
2. Kentucky
3. Memphis
4. Oklahoma State
5. LSU

Project or not, that dude had real offers. He'll definitely end up somewhere good and get the play time he wants.

Kentucky never offered Magee. Also 2014 was a weak class across the board.

This sucks, but it isnt the end of the world. I like Markel and Avery, with Pookie and Kedren off the bench if they continue to improve.

So we trade a 4 star for a 3 star?

We trade 6'3 180 for 6'2 165?

Come on man, no one is oblivious. You're talking like Broddie is better than Magee and by every recruiting service he's ranked lower, smaller, and supposedly isn't as good.

I hope like hell Broddie proves everyone wrong and dominates but for now losing Magee for Broddie isn't an equal trade off.

Really? That's great! If that's true then I could see why Magee is transferring and I wouldn't mock josh like some of these yahoos around here

Of course they didn't but they were going too, Kentucky had Magee as their backup after losing Mudiay. Ulis was offered after Magee committed to us. 2014 was definitely not weak.

Not saying it's a even trade but one is in high school and the other is in college lifting weights.

All your sugar coating and over estimating the talent of these kids will not make them good enough to come in and play right off if they are not actually good enough. If you and he thought that he was going to walk in and take over then you're both delusional. He needs to work harder to earn playing time. If he is not willing to do so then he needs to go.

Broddie reclassified so naturally he would not be among this years ratings before he made the announcement to reclassified. He would not have gotten as many offers since he was originally not a part of the 2015 class. Talent and ratings are great to get you on campus. But if you are not willing to work as hard as others then they mean nothing.

I agree. However, this was a reply to Ramen who said we're oblivious to Broddie coming in as if he's expected to be better and we're weird for not knowing that... Which we all did :).
