They're both related to the concept of: Just because you don't NEED something, doesn't mean it isn't beneficial. So saying a pump-up video isn't literally Needed doesn't say much. Nice they did that, hard to get a full pump on when you see 70% empty stands in the wide shots.

All coaches are so annoying. These videos make my eyes roll out of my head.
