Should Braxton Miller transfer
I'd say yes, as he will likely not win back his job as QB next year and he has indicated he won't accept being a receiver/running back.

There might be a problem though. As I understand it, he needs to transfer to a school that has a graduate program not offered by OSU. But a quick look at OSU's Masters offerings would seem to indicate that he would have a tough time finding another big name school with a qualifying program.

If he can play right away, he could step in as the starter at Wake Forest next year.

I don't think that has ever been a problem for anybody. You can custom tailor a graduate program. The big question I have is are we sure he will have his degree this spring? Without that, the question is moot.

And if he doesn't, then FCS would be his only option if he wants to play QB..

Not that would be a horrid option, as others have found success doing that, even getting drafted and winning the Super Bowl.

I think this is part of the reason Cincinnati offers a masters degree in criminal justice. But we don't need a QB next year 04-cheers

A couple articles addressing this:

So where does Braxton go? Where should he go?

Alabama needs a quarterback. So does Florida. How rich would that be for Gator fans — Miller leaving Urban for Gainesville? He could make a Cam Newton-like impact in just one year there! Oh, Gator Nation could be rolling around like pigs in the mud just by the thought of it.

Oregon, Ole Miss — you name it — there are 75 other schools who would desperately want and need Braxton Miller. Ohio State, however, is not one of them.

Miller said at the time of his injury that he was on schedule to graduate in December. So that shouldn't be a problem, and he could even attend spring practice at his new school - something Russell Wilson did not have a chance to do at Wisconsin.

What about Freshman Treon Harris? He's starting this week against FSU.

There are murmurs Hack might have had enough with PSU. Insane to think Miller and Hack could be playing elsewhere just because of one season.

I'm not sure it's for the best, but I think he stays at OSU and they run a 2 quarterback system next year.

Yes, Barrett is a better quarterback. Miller may be a better runner but Barrett is the better quarterback.

I don't think he's worth any more than a mid-fourth round due to him being so injury prone.

Probably right. But I don't see how his stock improves by staying in college for one more year. And there's always the CFL.
