I'm just anxious for the Eagles to finish well next week. I'll give you App fans credit for being the best team in the conference today. I'd also say I'd be happy for us to play you tonight! After all, we're rested and you already played one game today...

Seriously, I'm REALLY pleased with the year the two newcomers have had. You're playing the best ball in the conference right now and we're a win away from an undisputed conference championship. Bowl or no bowl (and that's not something I'm real concerned about at this point), that's a great first year for both of us.

I'm happy for y'all and Imma let y'all finish but how is an FCS move-up winning the conference in their very first year a good thing as far as the credibility of the SBC goes? Doesn't this just reinforce the perception of the Sun Belt being the weakest FCS FBS conference?

Yea sure good point if you were referring to a typical FCS move up...we're Georgia Southern...nuff said.

I don't know what it was about the SoCon that made me hate you guys almost every minute but this move-up we made together helps me to see you guys in a new light. Like GS, App State has its share of jerk fans but the majority I've met here are decent fans I would love to hang out with during a game. I've said this many times before but it bares repeating: I am so happy we moved up together because a conference without App State is no fun.
