We recover a fumble on the first drive in opponent territory, and immediately waste the momentum by punting from the opponents' 38. This is debatable, but I hate that. Punting from 38 yards from goal on a gifted chance. sigh.

I have no idea where our offense went. Two series for -1 yard.

Not very inspiring O for a Senior night.

Offense 3 and out again. O line not blocking well enough for long passes to develop. Screen failed when pass deflected. Need some plays to slow their rush.

Our OC has run out of ideas. Offense is terrible right now. UTEP's D making Marshall's D look average.

Well, thankfully the uniforms don't count on the scoreboard. We need to get it together fast, because UTEP looks hungry.

Yes. Tough to pick on the play calling when our guys just aren't executing.

Both teams are running the play clock down to near zero. With all the offensive ineptitude and punting, will we see a record low number of offensive plays tonight?

Glad to see the playcall on 3rd and 15 was such that proper execution would get the first down. Still need to execute though.

A good ref would have let that go - he was at most 3 inches offsides and on his way back onsides.
