RE: Sounds like Darren Wilson is agreeing to resign from the Ferguson PD
If he is not indicted, a lot of people owe the officer an apology.

And Michael Brown didn't ruin just one person's life when he assaulted a policeman.
That is still a matter of speculation.

Got a point.
Like I said, the rumor I heard was he went in to discuss the conditions. From what I understood, it all depends on the outcome. If he is to stand trial, he'll be resigning and waiting to stand trial. If not, I think he'll be getting back pay. And I could be wrong, but from what I understand, when you're on leave, you don't make what you normally make on patrol... So he'd be getting back pay along with a few other perks.
Again, I'm not 100% sure on this. Just listening to the grapevine.

If he isn't indicted, he deserves to work again. End of story.

Honestly Fit.. If it was me, after this ordeal, I'm not sure I'd want to do it again. Especially with people putting bounties on him and all..

Not to be political dude, but it's the race baiters on left going overboard with bogus assumptions and inapplicable accusations regarding race (like you have been doing on this Board) that have made it impossible for Darren Wilson to ever return to his job.
If people simply laid off and allowed the system to work, then this man's life would not have been ruined by what overwhelmingly appears to have been a good shooting.
But seriously, Democrats saw this as a way to motivate Blacks to vote and people like Sharpton saw this as a fund raising opportunity. Neither cared about what they were doing to race relations or Darren Wilson's life or right to a fair hearing.
