Make the motherf*ckers come here the right way. There is no other way, and there is no response because when you tell obama no, he throws a fit, goes on a power trip like a 7 year old king, and does what he wants to anyways.

All we want these people to do is earn their friggin way here.

Problem is we're in a "lame duck" session in Congress too.

That could be your fill in the blank. Border security. Secure our borders would go a long way. Put up a Wall of China thing. Right now all I am seeing is capitulation. What can they do here. Heck Bush had all three branches of govt. and didn't do a darn thing. I'm saying a solid 1/3rd of your party doesn't want to do a darn thing. They like it just as it is. Heck making them legal helps them out even more. A very significant portion of the GOP base is smiling today.

The problem doesn't lie with people sitting in our nation's capital. We can't secure the border and even if we did, I'm not sure the country could handle the financial aspects of it.

This is truly the situation where the two party system fails us. One world order! The GOP base is pissed off. The Sheldon Aldesons of the world are as happy as clams. Your next GOP nominee will lick his feet for an endorsement btw. Forget kissing the ring.

I guess the only thing they can do use it to their advantage in the future. Obaaaa ma screwed his own base too. Maybe impeach.

Here's what you're looking at Mach.. You got about 1,989 miles of border to try and protect. If you put a chain link fence up, you'll have to man up to check the fence, make repairs, round up people, etc.

You could construct a huge wall of mortar, but there's ways around that as well..

Rounding up illegal immigrants isn't cost feasible either.. Because you have to round them up, place them somewhere, check to make sure they aren't in the country legally and if they are prepare for a lawsuit, then deport. Then you have to make sure the borders are secure to ensure it doesn't happen again.

If the feds would allow the state and local authorities who have been begging for years for the authority to enforce the laws the chance to do it it quickly becomes a lot more feasible.

Don't do anything just hang it around Hillary's neck.

*Anyone interested in coming to the USA can wait in line at the American Embassy or Consulate in their home country to apply for a newly created Immigrant Work Visa good for 5 years, renewable only at the issuing Embassy or Consulate in the home country.

I want to Impeach Obama but how do we do that while we shut the gov't down?

Step #1 has to be enforcing the border. Without that everything else is just so much sound and fury. If we could do that I don't think it would be that difficult to solve the problem of those already here with something equitable.

Absolutely anything at all.

An impeachable offense is anything that a majority of the House agrees to vote on, at any particular moment in time.
