Southern Miss' two wins are a 26 pt win over NAIA William Carey and a 9 pt win over South Alabama (both games were home USM games)

Vegas line has moved from Bama -9.5 to -12.5 so looks like the betting public are on the side of the home team.

Eagles trail 38-30 at the half. Bama height killing us on the boards.

Defense is horrible. Offense is clueless. We have no answer for their size.

When Bama started the second half playing a zone D I knew we were in trouble.

The few times they've penetrated and dished they've been successful. I don't understand all the passes around the perimeter with no purpose.

Because we can't penetrate. We're too small. We knew this would be an issue from the beginning. It's sad that it's been over ten years since I've seen us handle a zone defense at all.

Suarez is a 6'3" point guard. He had one assist for the game. That is not going to win us any games.

Can't have Eason not record a single point and every player outside Bingaya and Carey completely suck it up.

It's going to be an up and down season, folks. Lost probably 80% of our production from last season.

Think they flashed a stat last night that said we lost 86% of our scoring from last year.

Can't blame him when he feeds guys for open looks at threes and they air ball them.
