The main point of the article is that it's amazing memphis is even being discussed regarding playoffs and that Marshall has a good record but terrible SoS.

Talks about very unlikely (but still possible) scenario where memphis makes it in - we have to win out and then dominos have to fall just right.

Basically just reiterates that AAC is a non-contract conference and then hits on the rules regarding non contract conferences - one champion is given a slot in the playoffs.

Bottom line: It's jaw dropping to consider that we are mentioned in the playoff scenario given where we were a few years ago - even the biggest fans would not have believed it had they been told this would happen a few years back.

Not playoff scenario just playing for a group of 5 new years bowl I believe
