It's been mentioned in a couple different threads that the Tigers have scored 40 out of 43 trips into the Red Zone. That's good enough to rank near the top in the ncaa.
But did you know.......2 of the 3 times we did not score the Tigers took a knee to finish the game vs. SMU and Cincy?

Wow! Thanks for this stat, that is pretty amazing.

Wow is right. I knew our redzone scoring percentage was high, but I didn't think about those knees counting against us. That is really amazing.

0. We were 1/1 in the RZ against ole miss. Only game we didn't score while not accounting for us taking a knee was against Austin Peay!

Fumble or pick? I can't remember, I think it was a fumble.

This is a pretty important stat. You see a lot of teams lose games by goofing around in the red area. Nice find.

I never even considered that some of those failures were due to taking a knee. That is incredible efficiency!

Top 5 in both red zone offense(5th) and red zone defense(2nd). For a while was number 1 in red zone defense.

Right, exemplifying sportsmanship. Freeze would have scored again.

I believe State had 2 turnovers in the red area against Bama and wound up losing by 5. Again, good find on this stat.
