Who is the floor leader?
I really didn't see one. Probably needs to be a guard but which one?

Put the ball in Burrell's hands and let him be a poor man's Tyreke.

I can see it being any of the following:

Burrell
Nichols
Hawkins
King
Johnson

Might not be a bad idea.

Is it just me or are there times when it looks like King is on the verge of crying durring games? Dont get me wrong, King is probably my favorite player on this team but he seems very emotional, not always a good quality in a leader.

King said they were better than WSU even after blowout loss. I like him. He actually was better.

No doubt.

Like I said, he is my favorite player on the team. It drives me crazy to hear the constant calls from some on this board who think Iverson should be starting.

Maybe thats just how his face looks, I probably shouldn't have even mentioned it.

RE: Who is the floor leader?
do what Fuente did last year and live with the mistakes now which pays dividends later.

Powell
Markel
King
Austin
Shaq

cut the reserves to Iverson, Hawkins, Woodson, Burrell and Magee

RE: Who is the floor leader?
Burrell seemed to be the only one that was pissed. So it seems he has some heart. He should start ahead of Woodson in my eyes. Avery is mostly a spot up guy to me, Burrell can do a little more.

I hope.

The issue with Markel and Magee is that I don't think that they can be reasonably expected to hit anything outside of 15' and they don't handle the ball well enough to be able to compensate for it, like say a Rajon Rondo or Tony Allen.

The point guard has to be the floor leader.

I think we all assumed it would be Kedren. Time will tell.

Mine to. He's one of the very few who plays with a "don't mess with me" attitude. We need more of our guys to play like that.

Same guy that JJ was telling to shut the F up last year. Nick King.

Why not? Maybe he was emotional, but to me that emotion looked like "I'm pissed" at this crap.
