The case for jucos
The five players we signed out of high school, most who have been here at least three years, totaled 23 pointes last night against BYU.
Two players, Roger Woods and James Reid, totaled 29 points. And that doesn't count the few points we got from our other jucos. You would think that players who have been in our system for several years would be our most effective players. Obviously this is a one game situation, but it shows we're not getting the most bang for our buck out of our high school signees. At least so far.04-cheers

Could that be recruiting?

RE: The case for jucos
I never have thought Shields was much of a recruiter. Seems he looks for toughness and athleticism, instead of basketball talent.
