USF is sticking UCF fans in the 3rd Level of RJS
My tickets for the UCF/USF game just came and they're in the 3rd Level of RJS. Mind you, USF doesn't have enough fans to even fill the 1st or 2nd levels, much less fans to require the 3rd level to even be open.

Called the UCF ticket rep and he said that USF (read: Judy) decided to provide UCF tickets in the 3rd Level only. He said they've tried to stick the UCF band up there as well.

I can only guess that they anticipate being outdrawn in their own stadium and don't want the TV cameras to pick up the UCF fans. Nothing else would really explain this pathetically petty and ridiculous seating arrangement.

Miami did the same thing to us. It's a common practice.

Sell out the sections they give us and they will be forced to give us something better.

Maybe ucf will give a refund and send the tickets back to usf. Just buy lower bowl tickers cheaper on stubhub

RE: USF is sticking UCF fans in the 3rd Level of RJS
Second thread on this and its still not true. According to USF they have provided tickets in the standard section

every team gets the exact same setup and ill provide the link but heres the direct quotes from the guide:

SIDELINES
Spirit squads are positioned in front of the visitor’s seating section, in section 132.
Please note: Twelve cheerleaders, one coach and one mascot is the standard. If there are more, please receive
permission from (edited out since UCF fans are a bit rabid)"

http://www.gousfbulls.com/pdf9/2760396.p...EM_ID=7700

Your spirit squad, band and mascot will be in section 132 where EVERY OTHER TEAM has had theirs for the past several years.

I guess one thread full of lies wasnt enough but a second needed to be started. I am a life member of the Alumni association and with a single call found out this was BS. UCF was given tickets in the visitors section. The same section that every team has gotten and its not in the third section up.

Yea, it's such a "lie" that UCF fans are all reporting getting tickets in the 3rd Level.

Either way, I look forward to outnumbering USF fans in RJS.

I called Ucf. Someone has their wires crossed because these were not the tickets that were provided to Ucf. I also verified that the didn't sell out of any other sections yet. I know a lot of our fans are going to stub hub.

I don't know about this particular situation, but I do know that when the lower visitor section seats allotted are sold out then USF puts the overflow in the third level directly above them.

Since UCF is expected to have a large contingent of fans, then it wouldn't surprise me that some would be in the upper deck.

I assume, that the best seats would be distributed to "high" level donors first, as that is the way USF would do it in such a case.

RE: USF is sticking UCF fans in the 3rd Level of RJS
The thing is, we dont change our policy so that makes sense. We send the same tickets to each school. The brochure that I listed is the one sent to every school. The policies are the same.

For UCF fans to come on here and claim were intentionally screwing them and not doing research.

Whats more annoying is that this is the second thread on it. Its bad enough to post a lie but then to do it a second time... really? Ive actually grown to like a few UCF fans on here but the same ones constantly start crap like this.

btw... the other part that really stuck out was about putting the band up there. Its actually not allowed by safety regulations because of high winds in the upper deck. That was pointed out by my ticket rep.

If UCF fans packed the lower bowl, USF would lose their signature "red-out" look on TV that they've been cultivating these past few years.

Glad you are back trolling again on this board.

Yeah, its such a safety issue that is exactly where USF put the FSU Marching Chiefs in 2012:

And they lost 3 sousaphone players and a bass drum player that day. Their bodies were never recovered, but they were last seen flying over the bay Mary Poppins style.

That was a direct quote from USF. They said they dont do it. Why it happened then, i am not certain. Might be a new policy.

Either way, every team that has visited USF over the last 4 years have all gotten tickets in the same section and USF has confirmed that your school was issued the same tickets.

RE: USF is sticking UCF fans in the 3rd Level of RJS
Second thread with same BS.
Nothing changed as was stated in previous one. USF gives EVERY visiting school a section in the lower level and the rest are upper decks. IF UCF decided to put their band and some others in the lower seats and only gave the rest of their fans upper decks thats their call. But to make it look like this is some anti UCF plot is just another VICTIM mentality by some of their fans.

Get over it.

I got tix and they are in the third level too. It's BS but I'm not really concerned as there will be way more than enough room for me to sit anywhere I want in lower bowl. I got tix in the lower level last time we played in Tampa so I would be surprised ucf got any lower level tickets. Seems like most on our board got upper deck tickets which is absurd considering the entire stadium has been empty all season.

Back in 2005 and 2007, actually when USF had 2-3 times more fans showing up at their games, UCF received MULTIPLE lower level sections in the 100's and 200's for both games.

Now, when USF can't even draw 20,000 to most games, they are using the same policy they give for other teams that bring dozens or a few hundred fans to the games: Just 1 lower level section.

It is what it is...USF has changed their visiting seating sections since UCF's last trips in 2005 and 2007...and even though USF has empty available SECTIONS (let alone rows) in the 100's and 200's...all but 1 section of tix they gave to UCF were in the 300 3rd deck level.

Its easy to see why some UCF fans are upset...especially since USF can't come close to filling the lower 2 levels but still gave UCF just 1 lower level section.

Yet you ignore the infamous "mt" USF troll that said USF can't put bands in the upper level yet USF did exactly that.

Par for the course.

07-coffee3 stop crying and go on stubhub and buy lower level tickets. This is all such BS UCF is NOT required or on the hook to sell ONE damn ticket. All they have to do is tell their fans we got third level you want better go buy it online.
All this crying and acting like a victim is such BS.
