Quote:That makes perfect sense. NIU is still 30-31 at home, they have not lost a game at home since Carter was in office, but CMU would be a tougher gmae at home? NIU has one thing on their side that you neglected to realize, STATS. They rarely lose at home, ever.... Keep digging, the crap you are looking for is deeper....
NIU plays *at* WMU next weekend.
Yes, NIU rarely loses at home. Last two losses? Oh, this "petty" team named CMU.
WMU rarely ever wins @CMU. And WMU is not in position with their star gimpy going in, while CMU's RB Star is going to be in the ballpark range of 100%.
If you also look at the stats, NIU is no threat to Dominate and to fear above all others -- and, looking on the TV -- no they're not to any MAC team who would be the hottest out there.
NIU is in no position to scoff at the concept that WMU should fear THEM, in their rebuilding year, finding ways to win against competition to a lesser degree than WMU, than WMU facing a holy hell hole @CMU where WMU loses -- against a team that thumped NIU, too.
CMU's dangerous and can play well (@NIU, @Purdue) but they can also play "blah". Guess what happens when WMU goes to CMU? Yeah, the a-hole CMU comes out. WMU has a lot more to fear there.
But don't worry. WMU by no means, at all, is going to think of NIU as some mediocre team in the final game of the regular season. Oh, PJ's going to fire them up, regardless of how the @CMU game ends up.
