This will be a tough match up for WKU. We must make some outside shots to keep the paint open. If the shots are not falling it's going to be a bad night for my TOPS . We don't need to live by the 3 but just gotta keep Minnesota's defense honest

Dear god this game is over. We can't hold on to a ball if it was glued to our hands! 16 turn overs in the first half and only three for minny. Minny is lights out and passing out therye asses. Anything that could go wrong has gone wrong

16 to 3 in TO's in first half, ouch. You won't beat Minnesota-Duluth with such poor ball handling.
I didn't expect to win this early in the season on the home floor of a Big10 team but expected a better showing.
Hope the second half is better but the hole is too deep to win just play aggressive and be ready for the next game.
Justin Johnson is already looking better than Fant.

It's going to be a long season...I hope our Seniors realize this is it...

Snipes and JJ are about the only two that came to play. Everyone else looks 100% lost. We better figured this out quick.

At least you aren't getting drilled by Murray State in you own building like we are tonight.

Jackson was the only starter who played decent, the rest were basically a no show. You can't expect to win shooting 32% with 25 TO's. Embarrassing performance tonight.

I know its early, but wow CUSA is not off to a great start and certainly WKU is not doing the conf. any favors after the egg we laid tonight...Belmont may beat us by 20 Sat. night...

I actually thought Big Ben played well defensively. Bright spots were few in this turd of a game.

JJ was the biggest brite spot and snipes came to play also. Turnovers was from nerves more so than from minnesotas defense from the things I saw. Fix the turnovers and we will win a lot of games.......and not have price outside playing in the snow

JJ played well too. He's fearless. Snipes looked confident. First time I've ever seen that from him. Did a light go off in him? We will have to wait and see. Our starting 5 absolutely no-showed.

Same problems its been the past few years. Team can't shoot, can't handle the press and turns the ball over.

Price and Fant basically no shows is probably the most dissapointing thing from last night. This is their year, they're going to need to step up.

Very glad to see that Johnson is playing good out of the gate. I am very close to some of his family here in Eastern Kentucky.

I can tell you that he is a great kid and comes from a great/humble family. I will be following your basketball program as much as possible for the next 4 years because of him.

Although we looked like crap last night, especially in the first half, I'm not totally disheartened. We settled down and played better in the 2nd half against what I think is going to be a very good Minnesota team this year. They won the NIT Championship last year and are predicted to be better this year, most likely an NCAA Tourney team. PitinoJr is building a program there. It's tough winning on the road this early in the season against power conference teams. I wish we'd have gotten a few easy games out of the way this early in order to acclimate our kids but it is what it is.

Heck, #5 Kansas got stomped by 32 at Kentucky yesterday and I'm betting Kansas is going to be better as the year goes along. Then again, Kentucky could probably beat some pro teams. LOL.

At least we didn't get beat like kansas did last night. It's happens to every team reguardless
