The arena owner is paying each team something stupid for this game. Then ESPN got involved and put it as part of this tip off thing.

Miami beat UF at Gainesville last night so strange & unexpected things can happen......

Miami has all the pieces they need to field a good team, Florida is weak in the front court aside from Horford and Coach L is a Mack.

Go Canes.

Chiozza looked "meh" as well, even against Miami's shrimpy guards.

Wish I had gotten in earlier, would still take WSU though even at 8.5.

Certainly didn't hurt that Rodriguez went off with all those 3s in the 2nd half - and how the big guy can shoot FTs, very impressive. But winning at Gainesville is no small task - and unexpected.

I hate the idea of running a two guard that is 5'11" 175, but if we found someone that could shoot like Rodriguez, I'd overlook it. He's a gamer.

I thought winning money off the game would help soften the blow. It didn't.
